Vehicle Stock Maintenance Operative
Pay Rate: Dependant on experience.
Location: Purfleet
Type: Ongoing contract
Shift: Full time and overtime available
Payrate: £13.75 – £14.54 minus the deductions of 8.5% and is going up however payrate is dependant on candidates experience and knowledge
The Assured Group is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Stock Maintenance Operative for one of our clients in Purfleet.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Check list of cars daily and clean the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Check tires and scratches.
- Checking stock vehicles for battery charge status
- Arrange charging for EV vehicles / flat batteries.
- Liaising with various departments
- Moving vehicles to charging point
Skills Requirements
- Technically minded.
- Great eye for detail
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- The ability to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
- An awareness of safety procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Would suit entry level technician.
- Level 1 and 2 technician is preferable.
- Full EU /UK Driver’s License.
