Your Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance, leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects professionalism, confidence, and energy.

Creating a High-Energy Customer Experience
- Drive a service culture that is engaging, confident, and results-focused
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating energy and professionalism at all times
- Coach your team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions
Building a Strong, Disciplined Team
- Recruit individuals who bring energy, resilience, and a team-first mindset
- Develop and mentor staff through hands-on leadership and regular coaching
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
- Create a motivated, high-performance environment where individuals push each other to succeed
Driving Sales & Store Performance
- Take ownership of daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor performance closely and act decisively to drive results
- Manage stock, merchandising, and store standards with precision
- Ensure the store is always well-presented, organised, and operating efficiently
Delivering on Business Targets
- Focus on key retail metrics including conversion, basket size, and productivity
- Align team efforts to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Maintain strong control over costs and operational efficiency
What It Takes to Succeed
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ retail experience
- At least 12–18 months in a management role
- Proven ability to lead from the front and deliver results
- Experience in premium or high-performance retail environments is advantageous
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Tertiary Retail Qualification (advantageous)
Additional Requirements:
- Physically fit, energetic, and comfortable being active on the shop floor
- Strong leadership presence with a confident, disciplined approach
- Solid understanding of retail financials and performance management
- Experience in stock control, merchandising, and store operations
- Knowledge of IR practices and team management
