 Main Purpose of the Role:                          To execute all new Sales activities and prospects achieving agreed business aims and KPIs

Responsible to:                                              Operational Director

Direct Subordinates:                                    Working Closely with the dedicated Resource Team

Works in Conjunction with:                        Directors and Managers

Deputy:                                                            Regional Manager/Director

We have an exceptional portfolio of Clients and Job opportunities, and we are expanding our model in the UK Nationally and Ireland within our Automotive Division. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record demonstrating established business relationships and commercial growth. This role will be based in our Doncaster office with the primary goal to grow the Automotive sector and expand on the current client portfolio in the Region. This Opportunity requires an experienced Recruiter to manage and develop our existing and new business. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, structured and driven, to progress and develop the division. What is essential, is that you have the appetite, work ethic and ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and always maintain a professional, client facing demeanour. Delivery is at the heart of Logic 360 business, and you will be an integral part of the on-going success and growth of the division within the Group.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, network and close new sales prospects.
  • Develop new business according to agreed market development strategy.
  • Develop new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems and update relevant information held in these systems.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Record, analyse, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  • Adhere to Information Security, Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Management Systems, and Employment Legislation.

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Previous Recruitment/Sales Experience.
  • Relevant Automotive knowledge.
  • People Management Skills.

  • Understanding of Employment Legislation.

  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Sales and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge of Information Security, Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System.

Daily Requirements:

Resourcing/Applicant Management:

  • Establish Resource Plans for each position
  • Search and select appropriate candidates
  • Screen / vet candidates (obtain references etc)
  • Interview all candidates prior to training / ensure all paperwork is complete and meets the standard set by the compliance team
  • Processing new starter administration: Logic 360 Application forms & Contract, Assignment Details etc.
  • Daily briefs and de-briefs

Client Management:

  • Working closely with key Clients to understand their requirements and recruitment needs (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators)
  • Monitor and adhere to the service level agreement (SLA) and contractual obligations, including performance targets.
  • To build and maintain direct recruitment methods to meet the recruitment needs of our clients and to look for innovation in extending these routes to market
  • To build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, the client’s managers, and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the client operation
  • Always promote and represent Logic 360 Ltd in a professional way
  • Coordinating all aspects of the selection process
  • Arrange open days for bulk-bookings
  • Meet with and/or check-in operatives on site
  • Deal with issues that arise on site regarding our operatives
  • Assist client with ad hoc duties
