Lead Generation Executive – Ireland Market

About the Role

We are looking for high-performing Lead Generation Executives to help drive new business opportunities across the Irish market for our client.

This is a specialist outbound lead generation role focused on identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, generating interest and securing qualified meetings for the Ireland-based Business Development Manager.

You will own the full lead generation process, from researching target companies and sourcing key contacts, through to outbound engagement, qualification and appointment setting.

This is not a volume-based call-centre role.

We are looking for commercially minded professionals who can hold meaningful commercial conversations, build credibility quickly and create genuine sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally well spoken, confident engaging senior Irish stakeholders and highly driven by targets, pipeline growth and commercial success.

Your Core Objective

Generate high-quality, sales-ready meetings for the Ireland Business Development Manager through strategic outbound lead generation activity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching and identifying target companies within Ireland
  • Sourcing and engaging decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Conducting professional outbound prospecting via:
    • Phone calls
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • Email campaigns
  • Building interest and identifying client needs
  • Qualifying leads through meaningful commercial conversations
  • Booking qualified meetings for the Ireland Business Development Manager
  • Managing follow-ups and nurturing prospective opportunities
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build predictable pipeline
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and activity reporting
  • Consistently achieving lead generation and meeting targets

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking elite lead generators who know how to open doors and create opportunities. Experience in Facilities Management industry will be an advantage.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in:
    • Lead Generation
    • SDR / BDR roles
    • Appointment setting
    • Outbound B2B sales
  • Proven track record of booking qualified sales meetings
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptionally well spoken with strong business English
  • Highly confident on the phone and in virtual conversations
  • Strong LinkedIn and email prospecting capability
  • Target-driven, resilient and commercially focused
  • Self-managed and disciplined in a remote environment

Advantageous

  • Experience engaging Irish, UK or international markets
  • Facilities Management industry exposure
  • Experience using CRM and lead generation platforms
