We are looking for a recently graduated HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for recent graduates aiming to build a career in HR.

Key responsibilities and requirements often include:

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.

  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientations are scheduled.

  • Employee Relations: Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with South African labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: BCom in Human Resources, HR Honours graduate is a plus but not a necessity. 

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
