Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientations are scheduled.
- Employee Relations: Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with South African labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: BCom in Human Resources/Industrial psychology, HR Honours graduate is a plus but not a necessity.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- 2 – 5 Years Experience in a similar position]Payroll experience will be beneficial
