We are seeking a talented and experienced digital marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
As a digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our business objectives.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website, generate leads, and increase sales.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM/PPC).
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Manage and optimize our website and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to customer emails (including sales emails), reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization in digital marketing channels and make strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
