This customer facing service focussed role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility (day, evening and weekend shifts available).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate effectively within the vehicle returns team
- Assist customers with the return of their vehicle ensuring all administration and checks are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver prompt and customer-centric service within a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and adeptly manage challenges in a bustling customer setting.
- Possess a full, valid, and clean driver’s license with at least four years of driving experience.
- Exhibit exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team setting, demonstrating adaptability.
- Maintain flexible availability, including availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Prior experience in car rental is advantageous.
- Training will be provided.

Pay rate: £12.50
Shifts: Flexibility is required. Shifts are between 6am and 10pm however there are 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts.
