The Role
We are seeking an experienced EOR sales professional to grow our UK & Ireland client base. This is a consultative role engaging senior stakeholders and positioning Logic 360 as a trusted offshore employment partner.
Must be an expert in social media strategies to promote Logic 360 South Africa and proficient in posting the right message to generate interest. Very strong marketing and sales experience and able to work remotely and willing to travel. We are not looking for someone to come and look after what we already have, but be an ambassador
Key Responsibilities
- Win and develop EOR clients in the UK & Ireland
- Present compliant EOR solutions covering risk, cost, and scalability
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed agreement
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, HR, and Compliance teams
- Act as a brand ambassador and support client & employee engagement
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in EOR, outsourcing, or international recruitment
- Proven UK & / or Ireland client exposure
- Strong understanding of EOR compliance and employment models
- Confident communicator and commercial negotiator
- Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
