Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth by sourcing, engaging, and converting UK-based corporate and high-net-worth clients for premium hospitality experiences, while operating from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Proactively identify and target UK-based corporates, agencies, and clients
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, outbound sales, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong UK pipeline
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Sell premium hospitality packages (sports, concerts, VIP events)
- Manage full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close
- Consistently meet / exceed monthly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with UK clients
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative sales approach
- Upsell and cross-sell event packages
Market Engagement
- Stay up to date with UK events calendar & hospitality trends
- Identify new revenue opportunities and niche markets
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking (HubSpot / Salesforce / similar)
- Weekly reporting on activity, conversions, and forecasts
Candidate Profile
Essential
- 3–6+ years in sales / business development
- Proven track record in high-value or consultative sales
- Experience selling into UK / international markets
- Strong communication skills (UK client-facing)
- Self-driven, target-oriented
Highly Advantageous
- Experience in events, hospitality, travel, or luxury sales
- Existing UK client network
- Experience in outbound / cold sales
