Job Purpose: Responsible for building new commercial relationships as well as expanding and improving the business with existing customers. Responsible for identifying, developing, expanding relationship with partners, resellers and retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relations management: -Engaging with assigned set of accounts on periodic basis, understanding needs and giving Solutions, dealing with the issues and addressing them through engagement with relevant stake holders
  2. Account Mapping to further strengthen the relationship and build a healthy Pipeline with the given set of accounts.
  3. Structuring of (credit) deals for the assigned set of accounts
  4. Stakeholder management: – Managing the stake holders, complying with the requirements of different bodies, co-operating with stake holders while safeguarding the organizations and customer interest, etc.
  5. Address partner escalations and provide timely solution to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Planning events/ trainings for partners to increase their sales
