 We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to run our operations in the central Belt of Scotland.. They will be responsible for delivering profitability, establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships, working to KPIs, SLAs and objectives agreed with clients, regularly reviewing performance of your accounts and planning day-to-day resources.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment of subcontractors, employees and administration surrounding subcontractor and employees on-boarding and processing;
  • Managing a large, multi-cultural team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to Health & Safety standards and client processes.
  • Ensuring that chemicals, tools, and equipment are available for cleaning vehicles, properly stored, and used safely.
  • Being a main point of contact for Assured staff and our customers throughout the area;
  • Any administration duties, as directed by the Assured Group Senior and Regional Managers;
  • Any other duties, as required.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in managing operations within a cleaning or automotive environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and quality control processes.
  • Experience within the automotive industry in garage or rental division is advantageous.

 Benefits:

  • Salary to be discussed at the interview, £45 000 – £50 000 OTE (On Target Earnings) depending on experience.
